Startup Eligibility Criteria

1. The company must be less than five (5) years old, based on the date of incorporation.

2. The company must be registered in Malaysia with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)

3. The company must not be publicly listed and must operate as an independent entity (i.e., not a subsidiary or majority-owned by a large corporation or multinational company).

4. The company should be in the early stages of development, such as product development, pilot deployment, or early commercialization.

5. The company must have fewer than 50 full-time employees.

6. A company profile, website, or brief description of the product/service may be requested for verification.

7. The conference organizers reserve the right to review and approve all startup registrations and may request additional documentation if necessary.
